MEET GINA
I’m Gina, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in education, business and counselling psychology, bringing both practical and clinical perspectives into the work we do.
Most people come in feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or unsure how to put what they’re experiencing into words. One of the first things they notice is how quickly things begin to make sense.
I’m intuitive, direct and easy to talk to. I notice patterns early and help you understand what’s actually influencing your thoughts, emotions and reactions so you can start responding differently in your day-to-day life.
Outside of my work, I’m a mom of two daughters who have taught me a lot about resilience, balance, and what it means to show up fully in your life. I love music, sports and staying active, and I’m always exploring new ideas within wellness and self-care. My dog, Toby, helps keep things grounded.
