THE DETAILS

Simple, clear and easy to start. 

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes and offered virtually across Ontario.

Sessions are $175.

This work is best suited for people who are ready to look at what’s actually driving their patterns and are open to doing something different, even when it might feel uncomfortable at first. 

You don’t need to have it all figured out. 

You just need to be willing to show up and engage in the process. 

You don't have to keep managing this on your own.
